The parties
These terms are between UseGlace LLC ("we"), which operates noro, and the hotel or business that creates a noro account ("you").
The service
noro provides a hosted booking page, a staff dashboard and related email. You are responsible for your rates, taxes, policies and the accuracy of what your booking page shows, including all-in pricing under applicable law.
Bookings
Contracts for stays are between you and your guests. noro is not a party to them, is not a travel agent and takes no commission on bookings.
Price
Plans are billed monthly at the price published on trynoro.com for your property size. New accounts start with a 30-day free trial. You can cancel at any time; there is no contract or setup fee.
Your data
You own your property and guest data. You can export it at any time and we delete it within 30 days of closing your account. We process guest data only to provide the service to you.
Acceptable use
Do not use noro to take bookings for properties you do not operate, to send unsolicited email, or to break the law.
Availability
We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
Changes
We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before changing these terms or your price.
