Questions
Do I need a new website?
No. Keep your site and point its Book button at your noro booking page. If you have no site, the booking page works on its own.
How is noro paid if it takes no commission?
A flat monthly price by property size, published on this page. It does not change when you get busier.
Does it replace Booking.com and Expedia?
Not on day one. OTAs bring guests who then look you up. noro makes sure that second visit books direct instead of going back to the OTA. noro does not sync with OTAs yet, so enter their bookings in noro to keep its calendar right.
What about taxes?
You set each tax and fee line once: percentage, per night or per stay. Guests see the total including every line before they book. noro applies the rates you set; it does not check them against tax law.
Can I try it first?
Yes. Open the demo inn, book a room as a guest, then start your own property free for 30 days with no card. Billing is by hand for now: nothing is charged automatically, and we arrange payment with you before the trial ends.
