Who we are

noro is operated by UseGlace LLC, a United States company ("we"). This policy covers trynoro.com, the noro dashboard at app.trynoro.com and hotel booking pages at book.trynoro.com.

Two kinds of data

Hotel accounts: the name and email of hotel owners and staff who sign in, and the property details they enter. We are the controller of this data.

Guest bookings: when a guest books a hotel through noro, the hotel is responsible for that guest data and we process it on the hotel’s behalf. That includes name, email, phone, stay dates, requests and payment status.

What we use it for

To run the booking page and dashboard, send booking confirmations and cancellations, and support hotels. We do not sell personal data, show advertising, or use guest data to market other hotels.

Processors

Convex (database, United States), Clerk (staff sign-in), Resend (transactional email), Stripe (deposits, when a hotel turns them on) and Vercel (hosting). Card numbers go straight to Stripe and never touch noro.

Retention

Hotel data is kept while the account is open and deleted within 30 days of a closure request. Guests who want their data removed should contact the hotel they booked with, or email us and we will pass the request on.

Cookies

The marketing site sets no tracking cookies. The dashboard uses the cookies Clerk needs to keep staff signed in.
